CAN I WEAR A COSTUME?
Children 12 and under may wear a family-friendly costume (no masks or hoods).
For the safety of all guests and to preserve the immersive experience of our haunted attractions, costumes, costume makeup, and masks are not permitted for guests over 12 years old.
CAN I CHANGE THE TIME THAT I BOOKED?
Guests may reschedule/change their planned visit online using the confirmation email you received with your initial purchase, up to 48 hours prior to the original visit date and if there is availability on the newly planned date. Change fees may apply. Ticket(s) are valid only for the year in which they are purchased.
WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE THE EVENT, WILL I BE REFUNDED?
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for missed events.
CAN I DROP OFF MY TEENAGER?
No. For safety and supervision reasons, teens must be accompanied by an adult (21+ years old) at entry and remain in the park with them. Dropping off a minor without an accompanying chaperone is not permitted.
ARE BAGS OF ANY TYPE ALLOWED INTO THE EVENT?
To maintain safety and efficient entry, only small clear personal bags are permitted-and all bags will be subject to search. Standard size purse and diaper bags all bags will be searched.
ARE YOU ABLE TO LEAVE AND COME BACK?
No, there is no re-entry.
IS THERE A SMOKING AREA INSIDE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO LEAVE?
Yes, please ask upon arrival for the location.
HOW EARLY CAN I COME BEFORE MY TIME SLOT?
Anytime but you will not be allowed into the haunt until the time you booked.
You may visit the festival while you wait.
DO YOU OFFER A FAST PASS OR A VIP TICKET?
We do not offer a fast pass or a VIP ticket.
WHAT IS THE AGE TO ENTER THE HAUNTED HOUSE?
Haunted attractions are recommended for guests 12+.
IS THE EVENT SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES?
HalloWizz Fall Festival is suited for all ages and runs from 4-6:30. At 6:30 our haunted attractions begin.

IS IT OPEN RAIN OR SHINE?
If the weather creates unsafe conditions and we are unable to open, all paid tickets will be honored another night.

IS THERE A "NO SCARE" OPTION FOR GUESTS THAT ARE FRIGHTENED?
Yes, HalloWizz offers a ‘No Scare Necklace’ for guests who want to enjoy the haunted house atmosphere without being targeted by scare actors.
IS THERE FOOD AVAILABLE?
Yes! HalloWizz will feature a variety of fall foods and spooktacular goodies.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP RATES?
Yes, for groups of 25 or more please call our office 508-295-3255 to make a reservation.
Are you able to bring in food or beverages?
No food or beverages are allowed into the park.
