Water Wizz guests are guaranteed entrance into the park when buying tickets online.
 All Admission tickets to Water Wizz are date specific and non-refundable. To ensure a most enjoyable visit
 and avoid severe overcrowding, Water Wizz sells a limited number of tickets for each operating day.

The park has a capacity limit and during the prime summer season will be sold out of tickets 
on select dates and weekends.

All ticket sales are final. No Refunds. Tickets are only valid for Water Wizz admission on the specified date of the visit. Guests may reschedule/change their planned visit online using the confirmation email you received with your initial purchase, up to 48 hours prior to the original visit date and if there is availability on the newly planned date.
Change fees and an increase in admission ticket pricing may apply. Ticket(s) are valid only for the year in which they are purchased. Water Wizz opens the park in accordance with the official park operating hours and days schedule regardless of temperature and inclement weather. See Water Wizz Weather Guarantee below for more detail.

Water Wizz has a 100% fun guarantee when the weather is less than perfect conditions. Water Wizz Water Park remains open even when the weather isn’t cooperating. We stick to our scheduled openings as advertised, even when the weather gets tricky. The park makes every effort to ensure all attractions operate safely. In the event of severe weather—such as lightning, hail, or strong winds, that necessitates a closure of the park prior to 2PM (longer than one hour), or does not reopen, all guests remaining in the park will receive a rain check, valid for any day of the current season, allowing you to return and experience the excitement of Water Wizz on another day.

If the park is closed for guest safety after 2PM and does not reopen (after one hour) due to severe inclement weather conditions, guests will receive a 50% bounce-back offer as our way of ensuring your day doesn’t fizzle out.

Cooler Policy

At Water Wizz, we want you to stay refreshed and fueled while enjoying your day at the park! You are welcome to bring your own cooler for just $5. This policy helps us maintain a clean, safe, and family-friendly environment for all our guests. Simply pay the small fee at Guest Services or online, and you can bring your cooler filled with your favorite snacks and beverages to enjoy throughout the day!

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, Water Wizz has the following guidelines for coolers:

1. Cooler Size: Coolers must be 48 quarts or smaller.
2. Prohibited Items: Glass containers, alcohol, knives, and open beverages are not allowed.
3. Secure Closure: All coolers must close securely.
4. No Outside Franchise or Restaurant Food: Food from restaurants or fast-food establishments is not permitted.
5. Single Entry: Coolers are allowed into the park only once per visit.
6. All Items Inside: Everything, including snacks like chips and bread, must fit inside the cooler. Food and drinks carried in bags outside the cooler will not be permitted.
7. Inspection: All coolers will be inspected by park staff upon entry.

Important Notes:

• Each guest is allowed one cooler, and each cooler must be accompanied by one pass per person.
• If prohibited items are found during inspection, guests must either:
  • Dispose of them in designated trash bins,
  • Return them to their vehicle, or
  • Transfer them to an approved plastic container if applicable.
• Park staff will attach a Water Wizz verification tag to each cooler upon entry.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in denial of cooler entry or removal of the cooler from the park without refund.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these policies to help maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Chaperone Policy 

All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. 
Parents and guardians are responsible for the behavior and supervision of their minor children at all times. The park does not assume responsibility or liability for unattended minors, and parents/guardians may be held legally liable for their children’s actions.

Minors displaying inappropriate behavior will be returned to the adult they arrived with and issued a single warning. If the behavior continues, the guest will be asked to leave the park without a refund.
