- Ticket date changes must be made online through the link provided in your ticket email at least 48 hours in advance or you will not be able to change them. Water Wizz does not facilitate on-site date changes or offer refunds.

No Outside franchise or restaurant food and beverages are permitted in the park, such as McDonald’s, Dominos, Papa Johns, Subway etc. All food delivery services will be turned away and are not permitted to deliver to the park.
